Shipping & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a BotoBotanicals.com purchase, please return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition and in original packaging. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a Boto Botanicals product that was purchased anywhere other than pratobotanico.com, please reference that specific retailers return policy for instructions on how to do so. For international returns (when such orders become available), please email our team at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you received a defective or damaged product from a BotoBotanicals.com purchase, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Boto order number and we would be happy to assist you further.
If you'd like to exchange your product, please start a return and choose the exchange option when following the prompts.
You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. After processing, the refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled or edited. If you no longer wish to receive your Boto order, you are welcome to return your items within 30 days of your purchase date here.
At this time, Boto is shipping only to the continental United States.
Shipping in the United States
- Standard (usually 3-8 business days): $6.99
If your US order exceeds $75.00, standard shipping is complimentary.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing prior to your delivery timeframe.
Please note that orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM EST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out.
